Chiropractic

This is the main focus of the clinic. Elaine and Daniel are the two chiropractors at the clinic. Both are registered with the General Chiropractic Council, the British Chiropractic Association and both are members of the Royal College of Chiropractors. Rehabilitation

This is a really integral aspect of care. After a problem occurs, or for many athletes or sports people rehab is an essential process to strengthen the biomechanical system. Pilates

It is often helpful to find routines specific to you, to help with strength, flexibility and mobility. Pilates can be directed well to achieve this. Explore this section for more information.

Massage
